Sagging on the wall
Sagging usually means viscosity build is too low for the layer thickness, or dosage is short – move up a grade or raise dose and re-check.
Cracking after set
Cracking after set often points to water leaving too fast (retention too low) so the cement never fully hydrated, or an over-flexible/over-retarded system.
Poor water retention and chalky surface
A chalky, powdery, weak surface is the classic low-water-retention signature on an absorbent substrate.
